Gardening and barbeque

Edmonton gets very cold in the winter because of snow.Everyone waits for summer to come so they can absorb the sunlight and do gardening.while living in Edmonton, i get tired of snow and wait for the beautyful summer to come.I love to do gardening over my summer vacation because it feels so good to see a new plant growing up.Me and my dad buy lots of different types of seeds of flowers and vegetables.we both plant our own flowers and in the end we see that who planted more plants. we pluck our own vegetables for salad from our kitchen garden.we buy decoration for our lawn and lawn moding is the best part of summer.We can only do barbeque during summer time.on the weekends, we invite frineds over and do barbeque in our back yard and then we play games.Gardening and doing barbeque is one of my favourite things to do over summer in my home town which is Edmonton.

Swimming

Edmonton has many places where we can go for swimming and workout.In the begining of my summer break i always become a member of reck center for swimming classes and workout.we find lots of time during summer break so i like to go for swimming everyday with friends. Swimming brings energy and freshness in our bodies.there are few lakes in Edmonton as well which are very clean to do swimming in.Swimming is the best thing to do during summer break in Edmonton.West Edmonton mall has a big swimming pool which looks like a beach and has so many fun things in it to do.

One of the World's largest shopping and entertainment complexes. Galaxy land Amusement Park has Galaxy Kids Play park, a large play area with slides, caves, ball crawl, roller coasters, swings and thrilling rides. A new spinning coaster was added in 2007. There is also the "Little Caribbean",an interactive play area for toddlers in the World Water park, an NHL sized skating rink, and Sea Lion's Rock, the home to three California sea lions. The World Water park is huge and has slides for all types from beginners to advanced. You can come to watch the latest movies and of course many restaurants and food kiosks to choose from. There have been a lot of new stores and services opening up in the last couple of months. A very popular spot of both locals and visitors! West Edmonton Mall hosts some tournaments such as hockey, ringette, and cheer leading so you may be coming as a participant or come to watch athletes in action.

I spended just two-three months in edmonton. I liked Edmonton so far because I seen lot of fun and entertainment during summer. The wheather here is beautiful. I visited many places in edmonton like: Fort Edmonton Park, Art gallery, West Edmonton mall, North Sasktchewan River Valley, Many Shoping Malls. These things are very interesting for me as well as I gathered more knowledge about the fun entertaining places in Edmonton. I seen many indoor and outdoor games in Edmonton. Afterthat, I would like to summerized that I seen EIK Iceland National Park, Great Divide Waterfall and I visited the downtown the heart of Edmonton which is very beautiful place.

I havn't spended much time in edmonton. I am being here from last 2-3 months. I have heard alot about edmontons summer vacations. Peoples lives their lifes to the fullest during summer and it's good for me that, I am in Edmonton during summer days. In Edmonton during summer people mostly like to go out with families and friends. People love to do swimming in those days. Childrens are free from there schools they enjoy themselves by playing and going out for picnics. There are many festivals which are celebrated during summer such as: Canada Day, Heritage, Taste of Edmonton and more. One of the most important that people love to do during summer is BBQ. During summer we can see peoples doing gardening infront of there houses. Peoples likes to go out various places such as: Edmonton Valley Zoo, Fort Edmonton Park, River Valley Parks to have fun and relax themselves.
